The Way to the Top – Managers in Turbulent Times
The professional career – from taking on a leadership role to development as a manager in various management positions all the way to top management – has its own special rules.
The framework for action and the work within the organization present managers with a multitude of challenges in the perception of their role(s). Both the path to middle management and the leap into top management are a selection process with very different success principles. While at the beginning of a career and in middle management self-discovery, self-determination and self-control are central aspects of one’s development, other focal points gain importance in the later course of professional development. For example, dealing with political interest groups, communicating credibility within the company and to the public, or enforcing fundamental corporate strategy decisions with supervisory boards, shareholders, etc. become the focus of attention.
We offer an individually tailored reflective and development-oriented framework for the relevant topics. We support executives in professional planning, change processes, taking on new roles, developing leadership skills and in the areas of personal branding, networking or stakeholder management.
Portfolio
Location Determination – Potential Analyses – Life- and Career Planning – Development Plans – Onboarding – Assuming a New Position – Communication – Branding and Positioning – Conflict Competency – Dealing with Change – Dealing with Crises
