Human Resources Management as the Basis of Organisational and Corporate Development

Departing from the classic support and specialist function to a co-designer and driving force behind transformation: the function of HR has changed in recent years. HR is now regarded as a key success factor in organisational and corporate development. All the more so in the context of digital transformation. A new role model for the function of HR is called for. Thereby, different “operating systems” become necessary. On the one hand for the classic “old or run business” and on the other hand for the new “change business” with competences in technology, data and process management.

Several years of support during the (re-)conception and refinement of Talent Management and Employer Branding programmes as well as an implementation of (international) large group events with hundreds of participants.

Supporting the HR department in realigning the executive development; developing leadership models and principles, including new forms of development programme designs.

Repositioning of internal training service providers

Consulting the training department of a corporate group to improve internal customer orientation, optimisation of the training portfolio and improvement of the performance and delivery processes.
