Design and development of a digital platform for the networking of management teams and employees within the framework of transformation support after the fusion of two companies. The focus is on new forms of communication and the exchange of expertise.

Business Model Development

Providing support and empowerment to managers and employees to apply design thinking methods to digitally transform their own department within the corporate organisation. The focus was on tools and taking on a leading role.

Digitalisation of HR Processes – Onboarding

Development and implementation of a digital on-boarding for new employees and support of the HR department in the digitalization of processes with an emphasis on welcome-culture, independent digital development and networking.

In cooperation with our sister company, TMI GmbH, we also provide the design and delivery of training services in the area of employee and management development. Worldwide – in 60 countries and 40 languages.
