Next Level Performance

To us, digital coaching means accompanying individuals, teams and even entire organisational areas in a coaching process that makes use of “digital media” for individual learning and for the exchange between coach and coachee.
The technical basis is a digital, browser-based learning infrastructure. The coachee uses this infrastructure to access learning incentives, including short videos and exercises, as well as supporting information. In addition, individual learning is accompanied by video conferences for peer coaching and exchange of experiences as well as 1:1 video chats with the coach.
The digital coaching is specifically designed for individual topics and concerns and the contents and exercises are curated accordingly, so that a successful coaching and learning process can take place over a six to eight-week period – in several consecutive modules.
